In 2021, My wife and I applied for a home loan through Farmers Bank in Twin Falls as well as other lenders. Farmers Bank was a complete nightmare. We canceled the application June 17th and went another route. 135 days after we applied, they sent us an appraisal. 245 days later, my wife and I were both sued for $2,538.00 for loan applicat
In 2021, My wife and I applied for a home loan through Farmers Bank in Twin Falls as well as other lenders. Farmers Bank was a complete nightmare. We canceled the application June 17th and went another route. 135 days after we applied, they sent us an appraisal. 245 days later, my wife and I were both sued for $2,538.00 for loan application fees? We did not receive a loan. I also applied through ICCU and did not go with them either. The only thing ICCU gave us was excellent customer service, no lawsuit. I hate Farmers Bank.

When I applied for a Commercial Loan to purchase a piece of equipment, they said they would loan 80% of the value. After a grueling 6 week application process and giving them every single document they could think of, they would only give me the loan if I signed over my personal house. My company is an LLC. Plus they would only Loan 50%

Plus they would only Loan 50% of the value if I did. I have 728 credit, no delinquencies. They completely lied to me and wasted my time. This is why I hate Farmers Bank.
